GII appoints Northacre to develop former SW3 police station
EG Radius | 13/02/2017Gulf Islamic Investments has appointed Northacre as development manager for the luxury residential redevelopment of the former Chelsea police station.
GII acquired the property at 2 Lucan Place, SW3, for around £50m in October.
Proposals for the scheme will see the existing building demolished, making way for a new residential development of around 60,000 sq ft and an end value of £150m.
KPF Architects has been appointed for the project, which will comprise 38 luxury flats.
Northacre’s previous luxury London residential developments have included No 1 Palace Street at St James’s, SW1; the Lancasters at Hyde Park, W2, and King Chelsea, SW10.
